When you purchase any digital product or services from angelakheboustudio.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following license and usage terms. Due to the nature of digital delivery, no refunds will be issued after files have been delivered.
Upon successful delivery of services, Angela Khebou Studio LLC (Licensor) grants the following license to the Buyer (Licensee):
Recipe Development and Testing Services
- Research & Recipe Development for purchased recipe
- Professionally tested with notes/tips, FAQ's, and my personal recipe guarantee
- Full Recipe including headnote, ingredient list, instructions, and 3-6 reference photos (these are basic process photos meant for recipe guidance for your food blog photographer - not professional marketing images. A separate license for professional photography can be negotiated if needed)
- Copyscape report verifying recipe originality
- FREE 2 year Shared-Exclusive use license (No advertising or image rights included)
Food Photography Services Including Food Blog Photography, Pre-Sale Hero Package, and Pre-Sale Process Shots
- Pre-Sale Recipe Hero and Process Shots Photo Package: Each package includes 6 images selected from a gallery of 10+ professionally edited recipe photos. Delivery to your email within 10–14 business days of purchase.
- Download options available in 640px, 1024px, or 2048px resolution (longest side), optimized for quick viewing and social media sharing
- Shared-Exclusive usage rights and license for your website and associated social media channels (No advertising rights included)
Videography Services Include Short and Long Form Content, Pre-Sale Reel Video Package
- Pre-Sale 3 High-Quality Reels Package: Each package includes 3 full-frame 9:16 format videos—12-second hero clip, 22-second main ingredient feature, 30-second recipe walkthrough—all professionally edited with transitions and text overlays.
- Brand-customized call-to-action (CTA) or business logo as end card
- Gallery delivery within 10-14 business days after receiving client's approval.
- Shared-Exclusive usage rights and license for your website and associated social media channels (No advertising rights included)
Licensed content may be used on the Licensee's website and associated social media platforms. The Licensee may not sublicense or share the content with any third party.
This Shared-Exclusive license is valid for 2 years from delivery date, during which time the Licensor will not license the content to other clients. However, the Licensor retains the right to display the content on their own website and social media platforms for portfolio and teaching material purposes.
Upon expiration of the 2-year period, the Licensee may negotiate a new license agreement if desired.
All published content must include attribution "By Angela Khebou" and, where applicable, include a link to angelakheboustudio.com
